How to install iOS 7 to your iDevice without developer account

Download ipsw file according to your device listed below 
Step 2:
Sync before further process to get backed up your device than plug your iDevice to PC (having iTunes installed)
Than it will show two menu if you select your device
1:Restore 
2:Check for update 
Than click on restore with shift key for windows or alt key for Mac
It will show popup than select the ipsw file from where you have saved it
Step 3 :
